Natália Her words….an excerpt from her own introduction to her anthology of poetry.

…I turn now to the inner face of the totality that poetry is desperate to embrace by making itself the art of extending the soul to all that exists by the work of the mystery that the veil of Wisdom covers up.  In other words, the spiritually crucial moment has come for the poet to make Shlegel’s anger his own: “It is time to tear the veil of Isis and reveal her mystery.  Whoever cannot bear the sight of the goddess, flee or perish.” But to get there, one must pass the test of abandonment to the attraction of the “metaphysical gravity” of Love, demonstrating that the beloved exists only in the lover and vice versa, the foundation of the gnosis inherent in poetry that tells us: things are only fully revealed in their opposite since they are one with it.

 With this well-known prescription against the disease of homogeneity, I disentangle myself from being in this poetic work of mine, not omnia, understating that in it I most cherish as authentic testimony to the various souls that unite in my soul.  A type of mobility that is generously passive to the solicitations of the correlates that in lyrical sacredness nuances of earthly Love, from the mundane and the divine and other luminous things taken from hell, create a dialogic tension in structurally dramatic form, ode, satire or humor that, self-quoting, like poetry, arises where there is no solution (The Surrealism in the Portuguese Poetry), requested the word from my poetic lexicon.  Sources of analogy without which I would never climb to the viewpoint of the Spirit from where the poet finally sees (Romantic Sonnets) the future causing the beginning.  It is an operation of reversibility of cause and effect that should be called poetry.  With such, poets are right to search for the gold of a future forbidden by the artificial order of ideas, heading towards a mythical past.  It is, therefore, irrefutable that they have the competence to reestablish the relationship between man and nature.  That is, with him or herself…
