The Whalers’ Museum is hosting The Whaling of Santa Catarina Island exhibition by Joel Pacheco, an architect/urban planner, photographer, and visual programmer from Brazil. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the exhibition was not opened on January 31 but on February 1, in the presence of a group of tourist agents, mostly from mainland Portugal.

The session began in the auditorium, where the exhibition was presented. Then, those present could admire the 25 photographs of the Santa Catarina whaling canoe in the exhibition gallery.
The exhibition is open to the public during the Museum’s normal opening hours (9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from April 1 to 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
