Until August 31, Parque Atlântico in São Miguel is hosting a painting exhibition by Ana Paula Moura dedicated to the sea and the island’s waterfalls. On Level 0, a space transformed into an art gallery will display 13 works that promise to win over visitors with the beauty of the landscapes.
After the shopping center began its 2024 cultural program in January with an exhibition by the artist, this is another opportunity to get to know her work better, this time related to São Miguel’s water.
Although she was born in Porto and has a degree in Business Auditing, a fascination with the art world has accompanied Ana Paula Moura’s life from a very young age, making it a parallel activity to her profession. This was compounded by the fact that she fell in love with the Azores and moved to São Miguel, where, since 2015, she has focused all her attention on the beauty of her surroundings. His paintings have already crossed the Atlantic Ocean, exhibited in Penalva do Castelo, São Bento (Lisbon), and São Paulo (Brazil).
